I am thinking of starting a dog daycare in the future. I understand that I am not going to make a ton of money. Do some dog daycares also offer dog training as an added service? I was considering studying for dog trainer and volunteering at some shelters for awhile first.

Try hot vinegar. Just warm some white vinegar up in a glass container in the microwave, and use cloth or sponge to soak around the edges of the decal, working them loose.
This is the way I got kid's decals off some furniture.

Did you try a blow dryer set to medium or lower? Usually if you peel one corner (with a small scraper, tweezers or a fingernail) you can get it started. You'll want to peel it back slowly and carefully to avoid any wall damage.

All, JMHO. Sounds like it's been on the wall for some time -

Goo Gone. Buy it at most hardware or big box stores.

That's the problem with vinyl decals. They are difficult to take off and they usually leave a sticky residue. I always use fabric wall decals when decorating because they come off very easily. Anyways, I would recommend Goo Gone. It will definitely take that sticky gunk off your walls.

When you get them off, but sure to use a primer - probably a sealer would be better in case there's any residue of any sort. You don't want a bleed-through.
