I bought a bright yellow vinyl chair and I love it but it has some worn spots that aren't cute. I don't really want to recover it. Can I paint it somehow? If so, with what kind of paint?? Do I seal it afterwards? With what? Can you use Polyurithane on Vinyl??

There is paint for vinyl and plastic. It comes in a spray can. Go to a Home Depot or Lowes and ask the paint guy. I have used it on plastic tables - it works pretty good.
