Went to go and get Sherwin Williams "Sea Glass" paint today until I found out how much 53.00 a gal for semi gloss paint and primer...if I would take the sample to Home Depot and match it up with Behr Paint would it be the same color do you think, I love this color......can't afford that price....thanks

It probably won't be the exact same, but Behr's color match tool is pretty accurate. I haven't had any problems with it.

Like others, Home Depot has the formulas for many other manufacturers. If 'very close' is good enough for you, then you will be ok with HD.
