    I took some pictures down and put spackling to cover the holes and then i sanded it down and when i painted it you can see where i painted, someone told me to prime the spots, i did and it looks worse,

    I think you are going to have to paint the whole wall from corner to corner, ceiling to floor.

    What you are seeing is what is called Flashing in the Painting Trade, If the spackle is bleeding back what you need to do is spot with your finish paint then roll out the wall, the best way ti pre a room for painting is to Prime the walls and ceiling first, I would use Benjamin Moore's Fresh Start Prime, then after it drys spackle any holes then take your prime and hit your repairs, then paint the ceiling and walls, I have been in the Plaster and Painting trades for 28 years and some of the advice some people give is way off the mark.
