Hi all! I am looking for some suggestions about how to paint my dining room.

I have a green+blue theme going so far with this Patio Garden Dinnerware Set and a Brazil Stripe Rug with similar colors.

At first I was considering two toned green separated by a chair rail with some creamy sheer curtains but now I'm thinking that will be just too green. Perhaps I should keep the walls simple and cream colored or perhaps I can bring in both the green and the blue into the paint.

I just can't decide! Help! Big Grin

    HI
While green is pretty... not so great for a dining room.

    How about the blue??

With the creamy sheer curtains and creamy place mats... It would look light and airy during the day. And... the blue will be gorgeous with lighting at night.

This will be a bit contemporary. A chair railing is pretty traditional.

Combining both concepts with a very subtle tone on tone blue stripe wall would be something a bit different and yet somewhat traditional.
