If you have one, what do you think of it? I love my regular ol' vacuuming one even if it doesn't get in the corners.

I have very little floor to mop so I do not have a scooba. I say when they are small enough to fit behind the toilet I will buy one!

I have a friend with alot of moppable floor and she loves it.

I do have a Roomba

Scooba like roomba is good for light cleaning at my house, which means every day. But if you can get into the habit and let it get the light stuff, I'm a fan. One complaint that might be my tiler's rather than the machine's is that it's not getting the grout.
My dog barks at the big vacuum, but thinks the Roombas are just another pair of my quirky pets, and just gives a resigned sigh.

I bought a Scooba last November with my Roomba 570; named them "Scrubby" and "Scooter" and, quite honestly would not give up either one!

Neither one does as good of a job as I would do myself but, hey, there are two of them and only one of me! Seriously, I think I have gotten my money's worth and then some several times over as they work while I do other chores! Whew...

The Scooba is louder than the Roomba and, I think, works best with the Clorox Solution you need to buy after the initial sample is gone. You can use the vinegar solution (which I am doing) but it doesn't remove it all as well as the Clorox and sometimes Scooba misses some places just like Scooter does.

So, bottom line, am I going to fire Scooter and Scrubby? No way, both work hard; don't demand over-time or health benefits, and help me keep our house much cleaner than I could do without them!

If you can afford the purchase price and are willing to "supervise" a few robots while you are busy doing the other cleaning that only a human can do, I say, BUY ONE, No, BUY BOTH!

PS. We have five indoor-only cats and two leave the room(s) when the Roombas go to work; the other three simply yawn and go back to sleep! As for the poster concerned about dogs going after either Roomba, they are much too big to really "track and attack" but, if any animal were to actually touch it? It has an automatic shut-off switch should either be over-turned!

Hope my observations/comments are helpful for those trying to decide whether or not to spend money on a Roomba; let me know....
