A step in organizing your life is to make sure your will is updated. We've been putting this off for past few years. Our current will was written 18 years ago. We are using our stimulus check for that purpose within the next few weeks. So many people think they don't need a will because they may not think they have a lot of money or material possessions. Think again!

That's like us, we made our will before we flew to Greece. since then so much has changed. We now have 3 Grandchildren, another house and health issues.

So many think they don't need a Will, but even less know that a trust is what's prudent.

Buddaman, I second your message. Don't forget about the Medical power of attorney, that is so important.

Medical POA, as well as a financail POA for someone to handle your financial affairs if you cannot. Also, is the Executor you appointed years ago still able to handle your estate?
May not be!
We just had ours done, after 11 years. Long overdue.
Trusts are also a good idea if you worry about your heirs not handling their inheritances well.
Surprisingly, the three "wills" (X2) were not as expensive as I thought they would be

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
