CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE STAIN IN CONCRETE FLOOR FROM COVERD PATIO I TRY TO STAIN UNFINSHED CABINET OUTSIDE,

I am not sure, but you could try some bleach, either diluted in water or strieght.
By the way, please turn off your Caps Lock key, as using all Caps on this board is the same as "yelling" or "shouting" at us, which I am sure you did not mean to do.

Being that concrete is porous you are probably looking at a perminant stain. You can check out your local harware store and ask them if they have some wood stain remover and try that.

I doubt that you are going to be able to get that stain out of the concrete.

You may be able to lighten or remove it with a common, inexpensive product from the hardware store called Oxalic Acid. It works on concrete for rust stains, and so it may help with your stains?

If you can't get the stain out, use the same wood stain and wash the rest of your patio. A friend did this 5 years ago and it still looks the same... interesting look.
