Has anyone tried it. The TV commercials are very persuasive.

Do you use yours on hardwood floors? I am looking for something that I can use on both the ceramic tile and the wood floors that will not streak.

I bought a Hoover Floormate and although I like it okay it's a pain to set up and I have to use different chemicals for each surface.

My thoughts were that the steam mop would work better on grout.

Love it too. But I only use it on tile. I use BONA on the hardwood. BONA package (mop, heads, cleaner is found at BB&B)

I love my Steam Mop! I bought the Shark only because the one I wanted, (the Bissell) seemed to be unavailable. I like how quick it starts steaming and the washable pads.

I have used an Eureka Envirosteamer on my ceramic tile floors for years and been very happy with the washable pads...they don't make it anymore but found another on ebay once....probably same concept... Cool

I have the monster steam cleaner from QVC. I love it. I had the Eureka steam cleaner for years..it finally gave up. I like my new steamer because I can control the amount of steam. Use it on my laminate floor with very little steam as well as my kitchen vinyl floor with a little more steam. Hardly any water.
