I've been sorting, purging, and labeling. Makes me so happy!

Well shoot, I don't have time to resize each photo right now. You can see it on my facebook album here. (I think)

Doesn't it feel good for everything to have it's own place. What's next?

I'm following the 14-week organization challenge from A Bowl Full of Lemons. Most of the ladies are completing the whole room each week. I'm choosing to spend a few hours a week and completing what I can in that room then moving on with the schedule. Week 4 is the office. Our office is currently under construction...so I will tackle my mother-in-law's bookwork. I am her guardian and have it all thrown in one large box. I bought hanging files and manilla 3 tab files.

Looking good and I love the Kevin comment and your response about the A-R box...lol. I keep most things pretty organized, but I noticed the other day that my make-up drawer is getting pretty junky. Time to dump it out, purge and re-organize.

Thanks! I'm doing the 14-week challenge and spending less than 5 hours on it each Saturday. I'm really liking the results, so that is motivating me to keep going.

Totally fabulous!

Now I've never heard of the 14 week challenge or the Lemon thing either.

Looking good! I've been on an organizing, purge fest for the last few monthes. It sure feels good. I take loads of stuff to our Humane Society thrift shop and theyare always delighted. It is such a great feeling to open closets and cupboards and have everything accessable and tidy. Also, if it doesn't get used, it goes. I have one more closet left. Its the one in our office. Its mostly DH's stuff. He has a really hard time letting go, lol. I think 90% of stuff in that closet needs to go! I'll have to do it next month when he goes to visit his folks for a week. That way he can't root through the trash can and he won't miss a thing, lol.

Noticed the dispenser for soaps/shampoos/etc...how is that working for you? Is it better, worse, or about the same as the messes made by the bottles?? Would you recommend a certain brand?

Kpoohbare, I love the brand I got: Dispenser

http://www.amazon.com/Better-L...1&keywords=dispenser

I buy expensive shampoo and this system helps me to use a TON less. It paid for itself in the first month. You have to follow the instructions for priming the pump when you refill the thick liquids such as conditioner.

I'm still plugging away... Here is a photo of my craft room closet transformation. I donated fabric to children in Haiti, women around the world, and to a local high school for their home ec class. I also gave a lot away to friends.

Yes it does, MyLifeVacation. I've been doing a little bit of "nesting" lately and have organized many areas of my home. I walked into the craft room last night just to open the door and SMILE. :-)
