Idaho Resident, if I counted laundry and cooking etc in cleaning it probably would be more time than I think, let's see so far today probably well over 1 1/2 hrs and I still have sheets to do, laundry to sort and then the sheets to hang out. Of course dinner and change my bed and what ever odds and ends I do else wise.

I don't think I clean like anyone else, not too efficient, lots of unnecessary steps (exercise!)
I do floors before I do other things, like I just did the floor in the back hall and toilet but did not clean sink or toilet first. I see them as separate tasks.

I also do things in stages. Have a huge plastic storage container to clean so started with the lid and only one half of the lid to boot.

One thing about getting older is that the judgmental voices start to leave your head. I don't care how anyone else does things unless I want to copy from them.

But I would not call myself a good housekeeper. I am always bringing a lot of stuff into the house that needs to be attended to and that cuts down on taking care of what I already own!
