I caught this show after not having seen it for a long time. This time it was in Denver.
I love the quirky homeowners they highlight and didn't blame this one a bit for changing agents after she discovered that her agent was posting before-renovation pictures of her house. She had only herself to blame for passing on an offer that turned out to be higher than the one she finally accepted with the new agent. |

I totally like that creepy music and the creepy guy that is on the roof in the intro....LOL....very different!

when my husbnad first saw it he thought the guy was peeing off the roof LOL. We laugh every time it comes on. |

This is one of the few shows that deals with the nitty-gritty of selling a home, dealing with agents, open houses, offers, etc. There are too many makeover shows that pretend you can fix up your house in 2 days and the offers just come pouring in. I guess a show like this, that is filmed over many months, is too time intensive, and not "entertaining" enough, with all of the cute personalities that are on these days. Too bad -- it's a really good show!
