This afternoon at 1p ET...there was a show featuring homeowners competing to see who had the best holiday lighting on the house and yard.
Don't know if it was a new show. It was hosted by Scott McGilivray and Kim Miles (the second or third HGTV star winner). And there were two other judges (an older male non-HGTV designer, and maybe a local person from the city they were in)
Also don't know how many viewers will see if given that it's buried in the the middle of a work day.
It was just that one episode -- because right after that a episode of "The Unsellables" came on.
Way to go HGTV with the flow of programming. (NOT) How do you go from one holiday special in midday to a real estate show? This message has been edited. Last edited by: clbselah,

Yes, that was from last season -- but an enjoyable holiday special. Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure there are many Scott McGilliray fans who would love to see the show again.

Tomorrow HGTV will be re-airing Secrets From a Stylist Holiday from 2011 and Thursday they'll be re-airing Genevieve's Holiday Home from 2010. Saturday is Sarah's Holiday Party from 2010. Then later that night will be White House Christmas: Years and White House Christmas 2012. Also new episodes of Dear Genevieve, Candice Tells All and High/Low Project. I'm really looking forward to Saturday!! They also have new episodes of Bath Crashers, Kitchen Crashers and House Crashers. I'm not so in love with the Crashers (except Room Crashers...love that one) but I'll take it over all the real estate shows.
