Hi, I have lived in my 3 bedroom home for 25 years though when I bought it I thought it was only a transistion home. It's a 1960 build and I have completely renovated all bedrooms, bath & exterior, just need to update the kitchen & Living room. When I have went to kitchen reno business they are pushing the very high dollar perks to this kitchen. I really would like to know what it realistic to spend on 2 rooms on a home that I will probably be able to sell for only $110.000? All advice is very welcome

Hi Patti,

Your concerns make sense, to me. I suggest you repost this inquiry under the Real Estate section and include photos of the kitchen plus any other rooms you need updating and/or staging advice on.

If you include as many photos as possible, from multiple angles and in good light, you'll probably receive numerous, detailed replies.
