I love this show. I'm surprised at all the negative posts. I admire people who can walk into a space and visualize how to make it fabulous. Having redecorated my home, I can say that it really isn't easy to do this. They have to create drama in the show, otherwise no one would watch reality shows. That's why it seems there are so many "mean" people on the show. I think Hilary does a great job.
No, they do not have to create drama on a show. We are sick of the mean people and the snarky hosts. I refuse to watch this show for that very reason and so do many other people.
It would be interesting to see how they imagine a space, etc and all the things you say without the fake drama.
I have finally stopped watching this show. I gave it a shot, but it's just too much. The hosts, especially David, are idiotic and the homeowners are stupid beyond belief. They expect the Ritz for nothing. The premise is the same week after week. Find the house on the third try and some major problem will come up in the rehab. Sorry, just can't stand it anymore.
