HHI in Reverse, Sorta
I was thinking the other day that for a few weeks, it would be fun to watch HHI, but with foreigners finding homes in the US, especially if they're as ignorant of what they'll see in the US as many US people are of other locales.

For instance, maybe a renting couple from Japan relocating to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Might be a shock to the system.

Imagine the kind of comments that others would make about how we live in the US and Canada.

"Don't you have anything in a more manageable size?"

Stuff we never hear about affordable homes in the US.

Charming
They have had some episodes of HH with foreign couples, or one of the couple being from another country.

What I remember most about one of the episodes was the wife being completely disgusted by the concept of wall to wall carpet.

I love this idea!

"Do these materials seem cheap and low quality to you?"

"Where are the REALLY old houses with charm?"

"So we would have to get a car if we bought this house?"

AC, you follow my drift. Love your comments.

"I have 2 boys. Why do they need separate rooms?"

"Okay, we have a huge kitchen and family area right next to it. What's the point of the formal dining area?"

"Why do we need a bedroom that accommodates a king-size bed? We really DO like each other."
