How awful. The Santizo's home was so warm and lovely with beautiful furniture. It ought to be a crime that the stager sprayed that gorgeous cabinetry family room and kitchen white. It looked so much "richer" before. Ugh!
The stager in this episode with Mike Aubrey was Cora Sue Anthony. The episode is HREIN-502H.
In the end, the very expensive looking (before) kitchen lost all of "richness" (and the painted cabinets looked awful with the counter top color) and the room re-arrangement/furniture choices were very cold and skimpy in comparison to the before.
New episodes are being shown on Friday mornings. The first episode is set in California. There's no Sabrina, and Mike is like a consultant. There's a designer and distraught homeowner struggling to come to grips with the real estate market. Set your DVR, if interested.
So I watched a new episode of a lady in Dallas trying to sell her home, which was in a historical district. This show just showed how people don't have to be nasty and unreasonable to make for a good show. The lady was very open-minded and agreeable from the start and the show was still interesting.
