I thought the G in HGTV was for garden. At least in prime time I never see any shows on outdoor spaces, landscaping, gardening. All I see are the same few shows multiple times a day House Hunters, Property Virgins, Dumb and Liar (I mean love it or list it) and property brothers. Every night all night.

They usually put landscaping shows on in the spring. There are no gardening shows. We will all have to start growing our own food again and it would be nice to see shows addressing that. I want to see plants not patios.

I miss the gardening, decorating, and variety in general. they used to have quilting shows (which i hated) and all kinds of things. Now it's just property, real estate, tearing things down and totally redoing. what happened to small fun projects that do-it-yourselfers can do? I'd rather have one or two shows i hate than 10 episodes of any show. What is happening?
