I LOVE both these shows. And the new one, Buying and Selling is the first realistic one where the homeowners are given a wakeup call as to why their home is not worth what they thought it was therefore, won't sell. Great shows.

I do, too! The brothers are very personable and this makes for an entertaining show. Some of the clients, however, are a different story. They can be a little unreasonable at times.
