I really enjoy this new show! Danielle Colding has a unique eye/style and I like the process she uses to pull each room together. Plus, I think it's fun the way she interacts with her crew. I hope HGTV will renew the series; I think it's a good addition to their current line-up.
I hope so too. I don't know why they bother with having Design Star and then don't follow through with the shows. Danielle is a real asset and I enjoyed her 4 episodes. I'm ready for a whole season!!
Lori and Tom's Exotic Eclectic room was stunning. Red color on walls was bold. I'd never have the nerve to paint that bright but it was GORGEOUS after she decorated with furniture and drapes. Framed the room and brother's painting beautifully. Was surprised where she placed the painting . . . thought it'd go over the couch, but LOVE the green wall treatment over couch. The African cloth looked a little uneven on the wall . . . maybe block before hanging?
