I luv this house and the fact they give you 500,000 dollars and a car
I never win anything, but keep trying

I have seen bits and pieces of the house but never enter because of the problems with winners not being able to keep these homes.

Is that no longer an issue?

went on the dream home post and read that the HO fees are 2,400 a year and the taxes are close to a million dollars,the only way someone could afford that is if they are rich, or constantly rent this place out just to pay the taxes every year
very disaapointing, most people would sell or do a sell off with HGTV
