When the budget is going over why on earth did they use Electrolux appliances? Electrolux fixes their pricing so their is no price competition and they don't do anything a Kichenaid wont do. They could have saved 2-4 thousand dollars.

The lower priced appliances would be just as good and easier on the budget.

In this episode they only fixed the kitchen,dining room/living room and the mud room, space, they said that they spent over 100,000 on the reno.
If you compare what they spend for the space and what Income Property spends on their renos, something is wrong with the equation.
I would not let them spend 7500 of windows covering or put in the the high end appliances, or the furniture or the lighting that they spend all that money on.
WhaT about the bathrooms upstair and the bedrooms upstairs?
Then the house looks great on the first floor and the second floor looks like you know what.
