I turned on hgtv and thought I had some other channel on. Who is Dina Manzo and why does it look like she's wearing a night gown to give decorating tips? Thought I had on the Playboy Channel or something. Ick.... what is happening to HGTV?

You know I thought it was just me, when I first saw it I thought it was an ad for phone sex until she said her name. What the heck is going on at HGTV to let an ad like that run for a design show.

Oh and Dina Manzo is a former Real Housewife of Somewhere who is now a designer or so she thinks.

Ah, a Real Housewife? Guess that is what this channel is turning into. I think I'm losing interest. I would like to see real design shows. There are only a few on this channel any more.

I usually don't watch this show because it is normally a waste of money on outrageous party items. Tonight I was pleasantly surprised with most of the design. Loved the wallpaper, furniture and pops of color. IMO, the room had way too much stuff in the end and it was funny with Dina said this room was cluttered, now it is... "cluttered." Still I got some great tips.

This must be Season 2 of Dina'a show?
It previously was on Saturday nights in a later timeslot.
Before she was a Real Housewife of NJ--Caroline is her sis, Dina did interior design work and was a party/event planner.

What I saw was a little clip/commercial on how to dress your table. She put a skirt on a table along with a belt and a brooch. But she looked like she was in her nightgown. She should have put all of those things on her! Ah, maybe she took them off her to put them on the table! That's it! LOL!

Nothing can surprise me anymore. I was up late last night after the Olympics and I saw a commercial for what can only be a d*ildo. When will we call a halt to all this! It all started back in the 50's with ads for Preparation H being aired during the dinner hour!!!!

I can't stand her so I don't watch her show.
