I find it interesting that David is allowed to, and regularly does, go over "budget" with the listings he shows. YET...Hilary is absolutely bound by the dollar amount she is given to work with without exception. Perhaps if she were given the same flexibility when she runs into hidden issues the outcome would change!

I've only seen one homeowner that gave her more money! I think the homeowners can increase their budget on the new house because it's financed. Only problem would be a bigger house payment.

Like Property Brothers, this show has gotten so formulaic -- idiots who sign up to be on the show, know the concept of the show, agree to the terms of being on the show, and then are so obnoxious and rude throughout the entire episode. Is anybody really believing all this? It's gotten so stupid I've stopped watching both shows.

Is it just me or are the couples getting harder and harder to please on this show? It's almost like the producers have told them to complain about EVERYTHING!!! It's not fun to watch anymore. Stresses me out Frown

Last night’s show March 4th had two new hosts. Their attempt to be like Hilary and David was very bad acting. They were not believable when talking with the clients and the new contractors as well. Also being so young doesn’t make their tips credible. I really missed Hilary and David and I hope they don’t replace them.
