OK, so not a fav. Do these guys do an Inspection BEFORE they buy these hideous properties? They always seem to uncover 'more' stuff to replace or fix lowering their budget...So these people get these old ugly homes and get 2 or 3 rooms remodeled and they are stuck with the rest of the ugly home? comments?

I'll spare everyone my comments in response to your question b/c my feelings are well-known. In fact, Kay, if you review the post titled "EMAIL FROM JONATHAN SCOTT", last entry dated April 20, you'll probably hear more than you care to about this program.
And the congregation stood and shouted, in perfect unison, "Hallelujah!". (b/c I didn't supplement my previous posts, lol)
Sorry if that was confusing, Kay. Technically, I probably should have said that if you're interested in tons of PB info, you might want to check out the topic/thread titled "EMAIL FROM JONATHAN SCOTT!", previously started in this category, Favorite Shows.
Incidentally, the last post to that particular topic/thread was dated April 20. If you go down the Favorite Shows category by the dates on the right-hand side to April 20, you'll find that topic/thread.
