I dvr'd an episode of Property Virgins a few weeks ago and finally got around to watching it today. It was about a newlywed couple from Staten Island who were looking for a new home in New Jersey.

They finally settled for a home in Hazlet and I would like to know how they are doing because of Hurricane Sandy.

I remember hearing the couple ask about whether there was a basement in the house they ended up buying, and Ms. Sherrod said there wasn't one as the house used to be in a flood zone.

For reasons that were not explained, that community was no longer considered a "flood zone," although no one can say that now. This particular episode first aired in April of this year
