mira'smom, my DGD has started scrapbooking some. She's 10 now. She does better with the smaller albums, too. l just encourage her to do all she wants to do with them. Way to go getting rid of old clothes. lt's amazing how quickly they multiply.

wiley, that's a good way to use up your scraps and getting rid of clutter. Keep it up!

headielamar, boo to the furniture guys! Good job letting go for things you haven't used. l must confess that if l did have the room dinner plates would be my downfall. l just love them but know better than to start collecting them.

Granny, if you can figure out why laundry rooms collect more than dirty laundry let me know so l can fix that problem, too! LOL

Well, today l did my 15 minutes over and over and over again!!! l cleaned out the floor of my craft closet. l swear it was over 2 ft deep in there. But you can see the floor now.
l also cleaned the floor space in the rest of the craft room.
And l cleaned off the ironing board.

Then this evening l took a couple of piles of bits and pieces of fabric and cut them up into 6 1/2, 4 1/2, and 2 1/2 squares. l'm trying to clear off a shelf in the closet for my newest fabric! l made a big dent in the piles, too. l have plastic drawers to separate the squares into for future use.

Good to see everyone posting. Have a terrific Thursday!

l would be unstopable IF l could get started!!!

Did my 15 minutes tonight. Just about have my sewing counter cleared off.

l also spent a couple of hours cutting more squares while "watching" a movie. (More like listening to it!)

And, my DGD and l went through her clothes that she keeps out here and took down about 1/2 of them to donate. She still has a closet full of clothes out here.

Then l got her to stand on the washer and dryer and rearrange some things in there. l had her put some things up on the top shelf so l could have reachable room on the bottom shelf and put like things together. Made a difference in there, too.

Not what l thought l'd get done today but l'm happy with it! Smile

What about you?

The back of my car is full of things to take to a church thrift store near me. I need to finish up decluttering so I can finally organize what I have.

Well I did more than my 15 minutes yesterday. I started out cleaning out the medicine cabinet in our bath, then took everything out from under the bed and went thru it. I basically spent 15 minutes in each room of the hosue decluttering. It is trash day today and I have 2 full trashcans plus 2 full recyling cans at the road plus a bag of clothes to donate. I am hoping to do the same today

My first accomplished Clutter Cleanup of the year has been my DMC floss boxes. Started with a trip to Joann's for the bobbin cards and two tinted floss storage boxes. It took three days but I got all my floss in number order, no more loose skeins of threads and all random floss gathered up and boxed. Joann's has the floss 5 for $1 so of course I got a couple more - for a Swedish Horse pattern I am hoping to start this week.

Btw, love this thread to keep up with my own accomplishments and get inspired by all the success all of you are having.

Welcome to everyone "old" and new alike.
The pegboard I bought around Thanksgiving was finally hung in my sewing room today!! Now I can get a bunch of stuff that I'm always "misplacing" which will free up space in drawers to store my precuts and UFO's that are still in packages.Big Grin

I did more than 15 minutes yesterday. The box of craft stuff is gone and I went through a stack of quilting/crafting boxes my Mom gave me after an Aunt passed. I am keeping about 1/3 of them but the rest have been given away. Won't get much done today, but tomorrow is another day.

I went to wal mart today to get some plastic bins to start organizing my crafts and fabric.
Hope to get started on that tomorrow.
