Has anyone used these types of clipart on their crafts and sold them for profit? I use the clipart part of disney faces (mickey, disney babies, etc) that I cannot draw and glue them onto foam but make everything else from pictures. Has anyone done this?

I have never used their stuff because Disney is one of the worst companies for going after you for using their copyrighted material for sale. I've heard they go after anyone - from companies to the little guys for using it. This always killed me because I figured if I paid for the material, it was now mine to use as I see fit but nope - you can't make stuff for sale with it. Not sure about the NFL stuff. I've seen a lot of people use it on like the popcorn poppers and never heard of anyone getting in trouble.

Thanks everyone for the information. Seems like everyone agrees on the same thing. I am making centerpieces for a baby shower. I am cutting all the pieces out of glittery foam sheets and gluing them together but cannot draw faces or beaks (baby disney characters). So the parts I can't draw I cut out, glue to the shape of foam and put it on my head(s). Not selling them but will give them away at the shower.
