I would love to see HGTV do a sweepstakes that sends the designers to re-do their entire home in the winners style, and give them a new yard with those cool outdoor kitchens and such. Since all the winners sell the dream homes, would it be wonderful to payoff the mortgage of the winner, and give them their dream home in the community the winner already was living in. They could even make it into a series, where the after the winner is choosen, as they "re-do" a room each week HGTV viewers get to follow along.
I would love to see a show where they went to a homeowner who has a home that was purchased at the highest price and now is worth next to nothing and help fix up that home without any cost to that poor sucker.

we need some home improvment shows shot in florida. their are so many poor downtown homes in pensacola' with older citizens. you would have no problem finding deserving receipients.
I would love to see a vacation giveway show for singles or sisters getaway. I am a single lady and would love to have a dream vacation for myself and maybe a girlfriend or my sisters. HGTV has a dream vacation for families but what about we single ladies.
Well it would be it be admirable to adjustment the mortgage of the winner, and accord them their dream home in the association the champ already was active in. They could even accomplish it into a series

Its time to build a complete green house!! And I have the perfect place for it. I live in a small town between Oklahoma City and Dallas My wife and I bought a 3200 sq ft steel frame residential building and want to make it our dream home. We want it off grid complete with solar power wind power and thermal heating. It would be a great series teaching the world how to do these different things on a budget and help us get our house built before our kids are grown.
