Why only young people get "crashed" or help? Sign In/Join
My wife and I (both older than 60) wonder why all the recipients of "Crasher" shows are young people. Most of them, especially the "Yard Crash" people, simply neglected their yard - I guess in the hopes someone would do it for them.

All other groupings get selected, why not the senior citizens?

(Now can I answer my own question when I can only guess at the real answer?)

HGTV panders to minorities
Seniors don't draw viewers

Because young people are stupid, lazy and want everything done for them. They want "low maintenance" (read NO maintenance), want it done now and don't want to pay for anything. The more these types of shows are on, the more it astounds me. If all these people who need help would watch HGTV and DIY they could figure it out themselves - LOL
