Would like to know the specs for the wood flooring used throughout this house renovation?
it appears to look like a simple wide plank rough sawn look pre-finished. Like pinewood. But that would be too soft.
It is a nice color transition from typical hardwoods like oak, cherry. it has neutral look and goes with many new kitchen renovations.
I would appreciate, hope it not some laminate?

I'm hoping to get information about this flooring as well. Does anyone have the details?
