I do like this show and Jody is a good host. I have to laugh, tho, at some of these poeple - you would think they were buyers - not renters. I agree you want something nice and functional but some of them are just too picky. One of the old shows was about these pople that were living in a tent and they wanted to move into the TajMahal and pay "nothing" - ha.
