I have been going to the "Chat Now" site a few times to ask questions and chat. The ladies there have been very nice and have tried to answer my questions or pass comments on to the proper department.

Has anyone else gone to this site? If so, did you like it?

I am going to give a link that takes you directly to the "Chat Line" in case anyone wants to use a shortcut. They nare available M-F until 5pm ET.

I clicked into Chat Now and I told them I wished the Showhouse Showdown was on for an hour. I was told they would forward my message on to the producer and programming for review. They also said that if there was enough interest, maybe the show would be extended to an hour.

I was also told that we could check at the end of April to learn what programs are on the schedule.

I went to the Chat Now site this morning. I asked them to assign someone to take over for Abby G and they said they were working on that. They also suggested going to "Contact Us" to send an email or "Chat Now" to talk to a real live person. This is what I have been saying for a long time now. I also told them that new posters see the topic "Talk to Abby G" so that is what they do and they get no answers.

where can i see the CHAT NOW? i cant find it... sorry...the website deleted our entry video for house hunter on vacation and we dont know why. i want to ask them why..and some questions too.
