Destruction of Usable Items Sign In/Join
posted
Just saw part of Room Crashers where the host took a perfectly good chair and destroyed it and then jumped off of a fireplace mantle & broke a nice table.
Do you really think we need more of this? Those items do not need to be destroyed and placed in a landfill. These perfectly good items could have been donated to numerous charities or, if nothing else, have a yard sale.
There is no reason known to thinking people why perfectly good usable items have to be destroyed to make you look manly and/or macho.
Stop the destruction please.

I totally agree - I am so tired of all these "decorators" destroying perfectly re-useable items. I enjoy Rehab Addict because Nicole is usually careful in the tear out and then shops at salvage shops. Donate it, sell it, or put it at the curb - someone will pick it up and give these items new life.
