After watching the season finale for Brother vs, Brother, I came to the message boards to see if anyone else had comments to share...and I see that the "Talk about the Shows" section still has the same outdated show list it had last year. Why is there not a forum for B vs B? Cousins Undercover? Flea Market Flip? Why are there forums for shows that aren't even on anymore? HGTV is my go-to channel when I want to watch TV but don't know what to watch....so I watch a lot of it and would like to share my thoughts with others on what works and what doesn't.

I agree - if they are going to have message boards then they need to be maintained.

No, not really.

General Disclaimer

Any advice given here is general in nature and is not necessarily valid for your given area. If in doubt check with your local codes enforcement department for what is required when doing electrical, plumbing or structural work on your house. Permits may or may not be required in your area and home owners may not be able to DIY some tasks. I have no way of knowing if you have the skills needed to complete the tasks you are asking about, when in doubt seek professional assistance.

My advice may be worth exactly what you pay me for it. :-) For the record I did not stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I have asked for someone to update the Message Board a number of times by email and Chat Line. The only updates I have noticed were ones that dealt with the contests that HGTV seems to favor.

Ooooh....had a thought mriley: What if the newest winner of the Smarthome, who has an interest in technology, will become an addition to the MB? It doesn't say in the rules they can't become employed after the fact. AND...the Smart Home is in the Scripps area. It's a good springboard.
