I love most everything about HGTV. There is one thing that really bothers me and that pertains to the demolition aspect of remodels on your various programs. The sledge hammer approach to everything. Perfectly good cabinets, sinks, light fixtures and so on get attacted with the sledge hammer. I understand this provides an element of entertainment but it sure does send a horrible message regarding recycling. I have on several occasions reused kitchen cabinets in my shop and garage. On other occasions we have taken building materials to habitat for humanity recycling stores. I am sure there are many people that can't afford to buy new and would love to have many of the items destroyed on your shows. Perhaps you could provide a better message regarding recycling??

thanks for listening.
Chuck
