Strange Homes - The Tree House

I'm familiar with the Huntsville,TX area and so I googled the Tree House. Sure enough there it is and built, not by the man mentioned in the show, but by a very well known local, by the name of Dan Phillips. There is even a picture of him in the room with the picture frames back in 2009 with a write up in the New York Times. So who REALLY built this house?
