I just saw the show where they showed the condo & it is stunning. As much as I'd love to sign up, does anyone know how it works when you win something of this scale? I'm curious about taxes & things like that.

You will have to pay taxes on it. Read the fine print. There is usually an option for "or cash" with these kinds of contests. You can take cash instead, pay the taxes, and have a nice little nest egg.
