pathetic master bath

Please help. Master bath is so small. Cannot enlarge due to roof. 59 inches wide, from sink wall to shower is 53 inches. should I put a farm house style sink with legs in and small hutch style cabinets on side of mirror?

You might try posting this in the decorating or remodeling boards. Gal Abby doesn't answer posts and there is some question if she still works at HGTV.
