As we can see HGTV is not ready t0 change or even acknowledge there is an issue. So what I did is sent the following email to DirectTV. If enough of us send this to the providers maybe HGTV will hear us a little clearer:
HGTV has lost its way with its customers. looking at forum boards on their site indicate vast number of people are asking for a return to the old programing. These request go unanswered or even acknowledged. I do not like seeing my hard earned money going to such an organization. However there is no way for me to vote with my dollars, because of the pricing strategy of satellite TV. I request that you look into the dissatisfaction of your customers and remove HGTV from your lineup and replace it with new programing.
i would suggest Same. those of us with turner cable which has Huge customer base can contact TCI and let them know that Noone is watching boring HGTV anymore. bring us variety again
