Why would HGTV bring back this horrendous show.
On a network that includes the talent of Candice, Sarah and Vern, how could you include
someone who at best does arts and crafts projects under the guise of "design." As having been a designer for over 25 years, I can
assure this is not Dallas taste other than possibly a few nouveau riche. Shame on you HGTV! Just lots and lots of really bad taste!

AGREE! This show is terrible. Proof money does not buy good taste or a good designer!

Yes, I will change the channel!

I agree. One episode was all that I was able to watch. Never again.

My goodness, I would assume that anyone who has lived in Dallas would recognize how appropriate Donna's style is. This show needs to continue, as there is an overrepresentation of Canadian design on this channel. You know, TX is a huge state and pumps an enormous amount of money into the US economy. HGTV would do well to represent TX in a larger way. Donna makes me proud that my gr., gr., gr. grandfather fought under Sam Houston.Keep blinging lady!

At least it is not another House Hunters...

Maybe not your taste or this Texan's but she is true to herself and her design style over the top it might be. Those that want this kind of design will find her. The rest of us do not have to watch.

I personally would like to see more design shows that cover the gamut of design styles from Victorian to the most contemporary. You can get good ideas from any well done design no matter what the style.

My own style is traditional with a bit of contemporary sometimes a few oriental elements--more of a collected over time. Would I want to see only this style of design on television: NO! Give me a gamut of designs. Donna is just one approach.

I watched every episode the first season for the "camp" quality (if you can use that word for her!) and because we were having so much fun bashing her on these boards. Now even that can't get me back to HGTV. I don't watch that channel at all anymore. Which is a shame--it used to be the first channel I checked everyday.
