help with glitch watching videos on HGTV.com?

Every time I try to watch a full-length video of House Hunters on HGTV.com, it starts the video with an ad, that's ok but then, after continuing on into the show, about two minutes in, the microsoft ad breaks in and once it's done playing, the rest of the show is gone. The video screen is black & there's nothing shwoing on the "minutes left" meter. If I try to click on the video selection at the bottom, I can't, like it's already loaded. I can select another one but the same thing happens over & over. Any cure for this? I can't watch any of the videos. Thanks for any help.
