Defective "Design Star" video online

I haven't watched "Design Star All Stars" episode 2 yet. I've been trying to watch it online for 2 days but about a minute into the video (when Tom is talking) the video is defective and can't jump any further.

Is this a general problem or just with my computer?

I contacted the people on the Chat Line. They are aware of the problem and the video tech team is working to fix it. They were sorry for the inconvenience.
