Love It or List It
I'm a big fan of the show and enjoy it very much. I am curious if anyone knows if David and Hillary are husband and wife?

Actually, I cant stand Love it or List it. Its on wayyyyyy 2 much and is mediocre at best. Cant seem to get away from it everytime I turn on HGTV I end up changing the channel.

Too predictable!!

I kind of like the show, the script is predictable but since I haven't watched all the episodes it hasn't bothered me yet. The challenges Hillary runs into are pretty typical for any renovation on an older home. There are always trade offs in remodeling or buying unless you have an unlimited budget and unlimited time.

One would think by now she could know if her budget will do everything with budget for the unexpected. While I'm tired of seeing it on so much I do like her style. I too am changing the channel frequently this September.

Some of the budgets the homeowners give them are pretty unrealistic. I have no idea what work goes into the show prior to filming I assume a fair amount and that they have an idea how much the couple is willing to pay but I have no proof that the hosts know or that they don't know.
