A couple of HGTV shows, including Income Property, now feature new video graphics in their ads that make it look as if an object is exploding (the one showing Scott McGillvray at the beginning of a sledgehammer swing). I know the demolition process requires muscle, but explosions? I'm sure they're part of an effort to appeal to a younger audience, but I don't like them. HGTV was one of the only networks I could watch without encountering anything even remotely violent.
