Good morning! I was wondering how I could get some help with a video we submitted to House Hunters on Vacation.

We were doing great and were ranked number 1 rated and number 4 total views but our video has disappeared this morning. I"m not sure if we have been disqualified or why it isn't there but I"m wondering if someone can tell us. Is that even possible?

Well our video miraculously showed back up last night so I'm not exactly sure what happened. No email from HGTV or any communication of any kind. Bit odd really. Oh well, it is nice to know that we are still in the running.

oh hi, it happened to us too! just 2 days ago we couldnt see our video and we were top rated video and we dont understand what happened why they deleted our video. until now i couldnt see it. hopefully, they will put our video back again! this is what it says on the website....
