Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any information about the commercial running on HGTV for Sherwin WIlliams paint? My interest is the very quick shot of a turquoise and white room that has circles made up of polka dots. I'm trying to find out if the those dots are a stencil or applique? I LOVE them and would love to do it in my craft room. My local store has no idea! Thanks so much Smile
