on income properties,scott did a basement where the urine from her cats soaked into the concrete.does anyone know what that cleaner was that he used to clean it.

Urine needs an enzyme treatment to rid the smell. Nature's Miracle from the pet supply store or any other Urine treatment will work.

Follow product directions, as it needs to be used at the correct dilution and must follow (soak in) the same places and depth that the urine followed. Plus it must stay wet and in contact with the urine stained environment for the longest possible time for best results. Covering the concrete with plastic after slowly allowing the enzyme product to soak in will keep it working longer. May take more than one application too, but these products do work.
