    WHAT!!!! a ceiling fan is supposed to compensate for no fireplace? what a jerk.
    hey, lavern, my daughter lives in chesterfield. are you a native or a transplant? she keeps talking up the benefits of moving south to me and her dad.

    Yep, he was a young nervous agent. And the funny thing is that it was a 1980-ish ceiling fan. I did laugh out loud watching...by myself.

    Lavern, the househunting comment frequently uttered by the Mrs. is "That's a nice walk in closet for ME. Now, where are you going to hang YOUR clothes (looking smuggly at her Mr.)?" This repeaticious and lame comment is typically followed by a chuckle between the Mrs. and the agent suggesting it was clever. Gag me! Razz
