..."I guess there's enough room for MY shoes, now where are you going to put your clothes?"

Or a real estate agent say "I know you wanted a fireplace, but the space does have a ceiling fan..."

I nearly lost it at that one.

Yep, he was a young nervous agent. And the funny thing is that it was a 1980-ish ceiling fan. I did laugh out loud watching...by myself.

Lavern, the househunting comment frequently uttered by the Mrs. is "That's a nice walk in closet for ME. Now, where are you going to hang YOUR clothes (looking smuggly at her Mr.)?" This repeaticious and lame comment is typically followed by a chuckle between the Mrs. and the agent suggesting it was clever. Gag me!

Or...the agent telling the prospective buyers that a wall can be taken down if a room is too small, or erected if a room is too large. Agents are flexible!
