So I moved into my new apartment and it's in a horrible state. i can't decide on anything! my windows have traverse type things and I hate them. I'm planning on buying a regular rod and putting those up instead. I'm trying to have my place look lively and cozy (at the same time) but I can't get my colors in order. I need help. So my questions to all of you:
What are good colors that compliment each other?
have any of you heard/tried a miralux bed?
What can I do to get my place together?

P.S. My favorite colors are Pink & sliver but i'm 29 with no children so I don't think those will work!
    Thank you,
    Natalicious

Wow you have such a strong personality to like pink and silver. You're 29 with no children and ...what's stopping you?

Don't try to do everything at once. Window treatments are costly, you'd better think long about those.

I would start with the bedroom. Paint it a silver gray with the idea of painting the living room a sophisticated pink later. You can use pink as an accent color for the bedroom and silver for the pink living room. You can add black to both spaces.

Go with the colors you love because that will make your apartment feel like your home.

Gray is back as the hot new neutral. Pink and silver are great together. Landlord will likely not allow you to paint, so you will have to pull your color scheme together with fabric, accessories, and accents. If allowed to paint and landlord insists on neutral, go with off white with gray undertones.

Miralux bed? No experience. Here's a link: http://kwikken.com/miralux-bed/123/ Most will tell you to stick with known brands such as Sealy, Simmons or Stearns & Foster.
